The short version. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no tracking of any kind. Nothing you do here is recorded by us. If you email or call us, we keep what you send so we can reply and do business with you, and nothing more.
Nothing that identifies you, and nothing stored on your device. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising pixels, no embedded maps or video, and no social media trackers. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The booking buttons are links out to Calendly. They are ordinary links, not an embedded booking widget, so nothing from Calendly loads or runs on this site and no cookie is set here. Once you follow one you are on Calendly's site and their privacy terms apply to what happens there.
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical information your browser sends in order to deliver the page — your IP address, the page requested, and your browser type — and may set a strictly necessary security cookie to distinguish visitors from automated traffic. This is required for the site to work and to defend it from attack. We do not use it to identify or profile you and we do not receive reports about you from it.
If you email, call, or arrange a meeting, we hold what you tell us — typically your name, employer, email address, telephone number and whatever you asked about.
We may contact businesses about products we think are relevant to them, on the basis of our legitimate interest. Every message we send says who it is from and how to stop it. Ask us to stop and we will, immediately and without asking why. We do not sell, rent or share contact details with anyone for their own marketing.

Some of these process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or by standard contractual clauses.
Track My Label, at trackmylabel.co.uk, is a Butopia product and a different service with different processing. It holds shipment and recipient details because that is what it is for, and it does use analytics — with your consent, asked for on that site. Its own privacy terms apply there.
One thing worth stating here because it is a deliberate design decision rather than a policy claim: Track My Label stops tracking a parcel once it is delivered. Continuing would mean logging somebody's home address indefinitely, and that is not a feature.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to it. You can also ask for it in a portable form.
Email hello@butopia.co.uk and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first — it is usually quicker to fix. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113, and you do not have to come to us first.
If we change what this site does — add analytics, embed a map, put a form on it — we will change this page at the same time and update the date at the top. We will not quietly start collecting something this page says we do not.
